I keep company infrastructure running and help people get unstuck — from VPN and Active Directory to a single user's ticket. I don't wait to be told what to fix: I spot what needs improving and see it through.
I make a habit of noticing what can be improved — in the work itself or in the infrastructure behind it — and I bring my own suggestions rather than waiting to be told. I'd rather understand a problem and build my own fix than just plug in something off the shelf, and I follow through until it's actually running.
I'm equally comfortable with day-to-day tickets and more complex systems work — I judge both by the value they add for the business, not by whether a ticket got closed. Over 2.9 years at the intersection of support and system administration, I've kept infrastructure running for ~200 users (on-site plus 4 remote partner organizations), with an average 10-minute ticket turnaround. Seeing things through to a real result matters to me, even when it's technically outside my job description.

rolling outAn AI-generated character I run on Instagram — a personal-life, lifestyle-style presence used to build an audience and promote a brand/product. I generate all the content myself. Started as a hands-on way to actually learn AI tooling rather than just read about it, and it's turned into a hobby I keep investing in.
Processed user connection requests, coordinated with adjacent departments, and handed off tasks to network engineers.
Set up office and server equipment, supported guests with tech issues, and helped run hotel events.
